“…circumstances don’t create your reality,

your state of being does.”

“Get this already and stop complaining :-):

You are not a victim of the universe, the universe is a direct victim of you (in a good way).

“In other words, circumstances don’t create your reality, your state of being does.

“The more transparent your state of being, the higher your ‘frequency’, the more reality will mirror that and show up as malleable, empty, vibrant, playful, changeable, fun and as a loyal servant to whatever it is your heart truly resonates with beyond petty desires and wants based in fear.

“The more you are confidently rested as your natural state of being – your enjoyable fearless frequency which is not of the world, but of your self/presence only – the more reality will mirror this to you. Continue reading

mind in love

‘With a few flowers in my garden, half a dozen pictures and some books, I live without envy.’ ~ Lope de Vega :: Art by Bonnie Joy Bardos

A mind that is in Love is a smiling mind; it is happy and feels buoyant, cheerful and playful. When in Love, the quality of its seeing is full of affection for everything in its field of perception. The cloak of heavy, dark or broken thoughts is dissipated. Continue reading

painting our New Earth

painting the New World

I love this depiction of how we can paint our new world!

No “fight” against the old – just putting my energy into that which brings me joy

and living each moment to the fullest!

When I am really awake and present to this moment

Don’t go around half naked

Don’t go around half naked… 🙂

1. Smiling Makes Us Attractive

We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and figure out what is so good. Frowns, scowls and grimaces all push people away — but a smile draws them in (avoid these smile aging habits to keep your smile looking great).

2. Smiling Changes Our Mood
Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There’s a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.

3. Smiling Is Contagious
When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw people to you.

4. Smiling Relieves Stress
Stress can really show up in…

Living Love: Day 12 – Freedom

Living LoveLiving Love Day 12 is about Freedom. Such a big word and so many interpretations.

Below you can read Lizzie’s contribution to the topic of Freedom in a Yahoo discussion group on OPPT recently. It helped me ‘color in’ what freedom is when we take it out of the ideological realm and bring it into our daily life. Today’s Love Tweet by Omnipresent Love says that love is the flow of our true nature. When we are not in the love frequency then something in us is blocking the flow of our true nature.

12. To love is to be free for there is nothing blocking the flow of our true nature

Just letting Lizzie’s questions sink in is for me a powerful meditation and attunement to love. Please enjoy it:

“How about every soul knowing they are loved completely?
