Intention 1- I Support Life
I refrain from opposing or harming anyone. I allow others to have their own experiences. I see life in all things and honor as if it were my own. I support life.
Intention 2 – I Seek Truth
I follow my inner compass and discard any beliefs that are no longer serving me. I go to the source, I seek truth.
Intention 3 – Set Your Course
I begin the creative process, I give direction to my life. I set my course.
Intention 4 – Simplify
I let go so there is room for something better to come in, I intend that I am guided, guarded and protected and lined up with the Highest Good at all times. I trust and remain open to receive from both expected and unexpected sources. I simplify.
Intention 5 – Stay Positive
I see good, say good and do good. I accept the gift from all of my experiences. I am living in grace and gratitude. I stay positive.
Intention 6 – Synchronize
After intending and surrendering, I take action by following the opportunities that are presented to me. I am in the flow where the Great Mystery and Miracles abide, fulfilling my desires and doing what i came here to do. I synchronize.
Intention 7 -Serve Others
I practice love in action. I always have enough to spare and enough to share. I am available to those who need it. I serve others.
Intention 8 – Shine Your Light
I am a magnificent being, awakening to my highest potential. I express myself with Joy, smiling easily and laughing often. I shine my light.
Intention 9 – Share Your Vision
I create my ideal world by envisioning it and telling others about it. I share my vision.
Intention 10 – Synergize
I see Humanity as One. I enjoy gathering with light -hearted people regularly. When we come together, we set the stage for the Great Oneness to reveal itself. We synergize.

Loved the video Tomas. I will share on twitter.
This one by Krishna Das is one of my favorites! tomas ♥
So many beautiful intentions… and we all come at them through our own walking of the living of them. From the road traveled so far, for myself, there are a few addendum and edits I would make which if I had read and known in my back then, would have granted similar wisdom without needing to feel the truth of it through ankles twisted a bit in a pothole or two:
Intention 2 -I am truth. I find the truth I seek. Fundamentally this becomes very empowering because I am just remembering what I already know. All external sources are just mirrors of what is forgotten and what has been remembered so far.
Intention 3 -I am still. All motion in course is done from stillness. To a certain extent I hold still and let the course set me. I am limited by what I currently know and can only set a course at bit into the areas past that knowing. When I set no course, I become the empty vessel and then the unknown has the room to live becoming known through me. (Intention 4 addresses this, but there is no need to simplify if you begin as simplicity 🙂 )
Intention 5 -I am balanced. I observe staying balanced in the flow of the positive and negative… and thus all becomes “evolution”. I feel the polarity, but I do not cling to the motion as it creates eddies in the flow. I only act and react when I am as close to neutral as this currently evolving level of being that is today me can be :). This births #6 without it being separate.
Intention 6 -I am synchronicity. Period. 🙂
Intention 9 -I live in an ideal world right now… and it is evolving. I create my ideal world by living it. The telling of the envisioning that is most effective in my experience has been not done with words, but rather by the living of those words in the actions of my life. Speaking words is easy. We truly tell and create impact by how we walk them on the path and then using words to describe that after the fact. This is the way to give and share a deeper vision… we be what we want to see. Saying what they are not, creates the state that they are not. 🙂
Intention 10 -I enjoy gathering with whomever crosses my path, understanding that in the darkness is where light is usually needed the most and where the light learns as it shines the brightest… that is not to say I seek out the dark, but I honor it when it is found brought to my doorstep. I work with darkness when it is requesting light. When “healing” (better word might be transformation) is not wanted, I bless it and I walk away. I would say I recharge with the light hearted people (as I am manifesting in the ability of holding that state all the time).
And M’s added Intention 11:
I am evolving. Check back here tomorrow because what is on this list, the order it is in and how it is written will have changed. I write from unlimited potentials and I remember them all. -lol
…………..
The very words we write are like a magic spell creating the possibilities that can unfold. How we write and how completely we believe the words we choose will create what does and does not unfold in our actual felt reality around us. When we then speak those words out loud, it feeds and sustains the birthed creation.
I also have some thoughts floating related to the power of the order of the intentions birthing into unfoldment differently as well and I am looking forward to having lunch with them running around my mind.
WONDERFUL SHARE TOMAS! Much meat for contemplation. -x.M
From the intenders to the doers getting it done, with much love. It is the difference from writing from that which I am not yet to the power of that which I already am and the universe says: SO BE IT. x
…and “I Am” is what the Universe says when it speaks to Itself… 🙂
Great thoughts, M! Thank you – these are wonderful refinements for those who will read your comment.
Lately my favorite goes something like this: “Without nothingness, there is no naturalness—no true being. True being comes out of nothingness, moment after moment. Nothingness is always there, and from it everything appears. … Sometimes we say nyu nan shin, “soft or flexible mind.” Nyu is “soft feeling”; nan is something which is not hard”; shin is “mind.” Nyu nan shin means a smooth, natural mind. When you have that mind, you have the joy of life. When you lose it, you lose everything. You have nothing. Although you think you have something, you have nothing; But when all you do comes out of nothingness, then you have everything.” Shunryu Suzuki
I am truly a minimalist at heart… 😉 with love, tomas ☼
Sync you very much.
Hahaha! Yes, that’s it! tomas ☼
Beautiful intentions! Now we just have to force people to adopt them to have a better world. haha 🙂
Yes 😆 … and know within that all do want the same thing, once they calm down a bit 😉
